BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Bridgewater State University senior Conor Murtagh (Walpole, Mass.) will compete in the finals of the 110-meter hurdles on Saturday afternoon at the 2016 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.
Murtagh, a four-time track & field all-american (two indoor, two outdoor), finished first in the preliminaries of the 110-meter hurdles on Friday with a time of 14.21 seconds.
The finals of the 110-meter hurdles is expected to get underway at approximately 1:50 PM (CDT).
Murtagh is in lane four. Defending national champion Luke Campbell of Salisbury University is in lane seven, while top-seeded Dan Arnold of Wisonsin-Platteville is in lane five.
