Men’s 800 Freestyle Relay Places Fourth at NEISDA Championships

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Bridgewater State University senior Jameson Rose (Somerset, Mass.) and juniors Timucin Marino (East Greenwich, R.I.), Giulian Santos (Framingham, Mass.) and Sean Flaherty (North Andover, Mass.) placed fourth in the 800 freestyle relay on Thursday evening during day one of the 2019 New England Intercollegiate Swimming & Diving Association (NEISDA) Championships held at MIT.

The foursome posted a time of 7:12.63 as they were less than 6/10 of a second off the school record time of 7:12.05 set last season at the NEISDA Championships.

The four-day NEISDA championship meet continues on Friday with preliminary events getting underway at 10:00 AM and finals at 6:00 PM. Diving will take place at 2:30 PM.
