BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- New Bridgewater State University head baseball coach Greg Zackrison will be heading to the 2018 New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) All-Star Game.
Zackrison, who is the head coach of the Plymouth Pilgrims in the NECBL, has been selected to skipper the South Division All-Stars for the second time in the last five seasons. He also earned the honor back in 2014.
Zackrison and Valley Blue Sox head coach John Raiola, whose teams ranked first in the South and North Division, respectively, after the Friday, July 20th cut-off date, will lead their respective divisions in next weekend's showcase.
Plymouth is currently in first place in the South Division with a 21-15 (.583) record.
The 2018 NECBL All-Star Game will take place at Mackenzie Stadium in Holyoke, Massachusetts on Sunday, July 29th. First pitch is slated for 5:10 PM.
