All classes must be registered for in advance.  Participants must wear mask and physical distance during the classes.
Participants should also bring their own mat if needed and water bottle.  For classes that are held indoors, participants should arrive no more than ten minutes prior to class time.

Class Descriptions

Boot Camp with Patrick: Try this total body workout that progresses each week and uses a variety of training methods. Improve your balance, agility, endurance, power and flexibility in a non-competitive environment.

Get Fit Friday with Sarah: Join this fun class that will make you sweat and feel fit for the weekend. This class incorporates interval training with a variety of strength and conditioning methods including machines, free weights, Stability balls and body weight exercises. Start your weekend feeling strong, energized and motivated.

HIIT with Dani: This workout involves brief burst of high intensity intervals followed by brief periods of low intensity recovery. Most of the exercises utilize your own body weight But don’t under estimate this challenging workout. Join Dani as she teaches you exercises you can do in your own room.

Power Yoga with Dani: Come and reap the many benefits of Vinyasa flow yoga with deep stretches, stress relief, along with strength and endurance training. You will surely improve your mind-body connection and leave feeling both relaxed and re-energized. Please bring your own mat.

Spin with Kim: Try this indoor cycling session for all fitness levels that combines both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning that will be sure to boost both your mood and metabolism. Please bring a towel and water.

Stretch and Restore with Dani: What better way to spend a week night then relaxing and stretching your entire body. This full body restorative session will reduce stress and leave you feeling more centered.

Total Body Thursday with Olivia: Come join us on Thursday afternoons for a balanced combination of creative body weight exercises that will challenge your “total body!” Class will include a warmup, workout, core exercises, stretching, and a deep relaxation session to end your workout. Please bring a mat, plenty of water, and a positive mindset. Get ready for a fun, challenging workout for every level of fitness!

Zumba with Shannon: A Dance fitness class that is fun, and makes you feel amazing by taking the "work" out of workout and by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves. Try this interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
