2019 CAMP DETAILS

Location:	Bridgewater State University- Adrian Tinsley Center (325 Plymouth St)
Week 1:	Monday, July 22 - Thursday July 25, 2019
Week2:	Monday, July 29 - Thursday August 1, 2019
Ages:	Boys and Girls  Ages 7-15
Time:	8:45AM- 2:45PM
Cost per camper:	Early Bird Payment Option:  $440 for both weeks, paid before July 4th. $500 after. $250 per week, paid by the Friday before the start of week or $260 after  Team Discount Option: 10 or more players, $25 off (for more info please contact Erica Adams) Faculty/Staff Discount Option:  $25 off  (discount applies to immediate family members only; Banner ID mustbe indicated during registration process) **Lunch is included daily at one of our dining facilities on campus Any and all payment/discount questions, please contact Erica Adams.

Physical & immunizations records (within 24 months) 3. (New) Release and Acknowledgement Waiver 4. Medication Authorization Form - if the camper takes any medications (including inhalers and/or ADHD medication)

Facilities & Equipment:
The program will utilize Bridgewater State University's Adrian Tinsley Center and East Campus Commons dining hall. We will provide lunch for each camper, as well as all basketballs, hoops and instruction. Please be sure to wear sneakers and athletic gear each day and bring your own water bottle.

Our Philosophy/ Objectives:
At Bridgewater State University we are committed  to create a fun, safe and positive athletic environment. This program is designed for boys and girls who want to learn the fundamentals of the game, free throw instruction, offense & defense concepts, ball handling, shooting and rebounding from an outstanding BSU coach, staff and players.

There is a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.  All cancellations must be made in writing and received prior to the first day of the program.  Refunds are awarded on a case by case basis.
