Campus Recreation - Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are FREE with your BSC Connect Card. These programs are run by Campus Recreation at various facilities during each semester.  Classes are held at Kelly Gym and the Adrian Tinsley Center.  Classes are taught by BSC Student under the instruction of the Fitness Staff.

Class Descriptions:

Cardio Kickboxing -
Burn fat and have fun with this kick-butt, high-energy class that incorporates martial arts and boxing to create an intense cardio workout that will make you sweat like you've never sweat before. (high intensity, medium difficulty of movement)

Power Hour -
This class will focus on a variety of cardiovascular activities, strength training, and boxing moves.  Body bars will be incorporated for the final fifteen minutes of each class.  The close of the class will consist of a full body stretch.
