John has a combined total of 26 years experience in aquatics, nineteen of which were as a supervisor or manager.  John's girl's swim teams produced a dual meet record of 135 and 39 while competing against the toughest competition in the state of Washington.  Those teams also earned 11 league and regional championships and also won three Washington State 4A Championships.

John holds certifications as an instructor in Lifeguard Training, First-Aid, CPR and AED.  He also brings a "Swim America" Program Director's Certificate from the America Swim Coaches Association with him to Bridgewater.  This learn-to-swim program will be critical in augmenting BSC's aquatics program.
